Concert Promotion 101

Learn the tricks of independent concert promotion directly from promoter Kimberly Gottschalk of Sue McClean & Associates! As President of SMA her focus is to bring a high profile array of entertainment to the Twin Cities area. Including the Basilica Block Party, and the Music in the Zoo Concert Series.


Studio Engineering – Advanced (4 classes)

Dates: Dec. 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th

Time: 6:00-9:00 pm

If you already have an understanding of the essential concepts and vocabulary related to studio engineering this one week advanced course is an opportunity to develop further skills and knowledge as it relates to the field.

Participants will dive further into the computer software used in the studio and develop a deeper knowledge of post-recording effects.

-Develop a deeper understanding of compression and EQ
-Learn best practices for developing a mature sounding mix
-Understand how to maintain clients and expand your base of contacts

Instructor: Rob Frost is an award winning video game composer, recording/live sound engineer, and multi-instrumentalist. He recently served as build consultant for and now manages THE GARAGE Studios.


Guitar Club
